Laurel Greshel

Was born and raised in Parma, Ohio. After attending Ashland College where she met her husband Ted, they moved to Michigan in 1979. Together they raised three daughters. Their first born daughter, Amanda, was born with spina bifida in 1983. Through the years full of the challenges and hilarities of raising three lively girls, Ted and Laurel also were submerged in the life of raising a special needs child. Their faith in God and trust in His perfect plan helped them survive. It was God’s hand that guided Laurel in the writing of a book about Amanda titled, “Amanda, Perfectly Made.” Laurel currently works as an RN, still adores her husband Ted, and embraces her new role as Grandma to five grand children.
